​…tis a Tough World Out Here.

A wise guy I know will call this “shortfall glorifying” but I beg to differ. It ain’t. It’s an ugly truth most of us will rather not face but it’s happening. Like it or not, vanity has become a part of us.  I wouldn’t narrow it down to social media and our current need to constantly please people who don’t really care because it’s a wider spectrum.

The other side of the coin is, even when you struggle to live away from the limelight, it’s rather lonely and before long, you’re back where you started.

Embroiled in all the nonsense.
